Section 2(g) definition

Section 2(g) . Developer” means a person who, or a State Government which, has been granted by the Central Government a letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 and includes an Authority and a Co- Developer;
Section 2(g)  dealer' means any person who carries on the business of buying, selling, supplying or distributing goods, directly or otherwise, whether for cash, or for deferred payment, or for commission, remuneration or other valuable consideration, and includes- (i) a local authority... which carries on such business;
Section 2(g) . Continuous Service’ means uninterrupted service, and includes service which may be interrupted merely on account o f sickness or authorized leave or an accident or a strike which is not illegal, or a lock out or a cessation of work which is not due to any fault on the part of the workman, and a workman, who during a period of twelve calendar months has actually worked in an industry for not less than two hundred and forty days shall be deemed to have completed one year o f continuous service in the industry”.

Section 2(g) . Sale” means with all its grammatical variations and cognate expression, any transfer of property in goods for cash or deferred, payment or other valuable consideration and includes,--

Section 2(g)  scheduled employment" means an employment specified in the Schedule, or any process or branch of work forming part of such employment ;"
