Section 18 Refinancing Date is defined in Section 18(a) of the Participation Agreement.
Section 18 Refinancing Date means the date specified by the Company for the refinancing of the Series SWA 1995 Trust N605SW-I Certificates in accordance with Section 18 of the Participation Agreement.
