Section 105. Means to Report.

Examples of Section 105 in a sentence

  • All amounts due under this Section 10.5 shall be payable not later than 10 days after written demand therefor.

  • The agreements in this Section 10.5 shall survive repayment of the Loans and all other amounts payable hereunder.

  • Pursuant to the provisions of Section 105 of the Companies Act, 2013, a person can act as a proxy on behalf of not more than fifty members and holding in aggregate not more than ten percent of the total Share Capital of the Company.

  • Any amendment, modification, termination, waiver or consent effected in accordance with this Section 10.5 shall be binding upon each Lender at the time outstanding, each future Lender and, if signed by a Credit Party, on such Credit Party.

  • Failure to submit the required forms, reports or other documentation as required may result in payment being delayed or withheld as specified in Section 105, assessing sanctions, or termination of the contract as specified in Section 108.

  • Failure to report the information, and accurately report it may result in payment being delayed or withheld as specified in Section 105, assessing sanctions, or termination of the Contract as specified in Section 108.

  • The agreements in this Section 10.5 shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the repayment of the Loans and all other amounts payable hereunder.

  • Payment shall be made following the end of the Performance Period in any manner permitted by Section 10.5.

  • In connection with the issuance of any new Escrow Receipt under this Section 1.05, the Escrow Agent may require the payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in relation thereto and any other expenses (including the fees and expenses of the Pass Through Trustee and the Escrow Agent) connected therewith.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, pursuant to, and to the maximum extent permitted by, Section 105 of the Arbitration Act, in the event of conflict or variation between the terms of these Arbitration Provisions and the provisions of the Arbitration Act, the terms of these Arbitration Provisions shall control and the parties hereby waive or otherwise agree to vary the effect of all requirements of the Arbitration Act that may conflict with or vary from these Arbitration Provisions.

  • Section 102 means section 102 of the Ordinance and any regulations, rules, orders or procedures promulgated thereunder as now in effect or as hereafter amended.

  • Section 1110 means Section 1110 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Article 55 BRRD means Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms.

  • Section 504 Plan means a student’s individualized plan developed by the student’s Section 504 multidisciplinary team after a pre-placement evaluation finding the student is disabled within the meaning of Section 504 and its implementing regulations.

  • Section 16 means Section 16 of the Exchange Act and the rules promulgated thereunder and any successor provision thereto as in effect from time to time.

  • Section 504 means section 504 of the Act.

  • Subsection means subsection of the section in which the term is used;

  • Section 510(b) Claim means any Claim arising from: (a) rescission of a purchase or sale of a security of the Debtors or an Affiliate of the Debtors; (b) purchase or sale of such a security; or (c) reimbursement or contribution allowed under section 502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such a Claim.

  • Article 9 means Article 9 of the UCC.

  • Section means a section of the Act.

  • Section 510(b) Claims means any Claim against any Debtor: (a) arising from the rescission of a purchase or sale of a Security of any Debtor or an affiliate of any Debtor; (b) for damages arising from the purchase or sale of such a Security; or (c) for reimbursement or contribution Allowed under section 502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such a Claim; provided that a Section 510(b) Claim shall not include any Claims subject to subordination under section 510(b) of the Bankruptcy Code arising from or related to an Interest.

  • Section 4(2) shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.

  • Section 8 means Section 8(c)(2)(A) of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended.

  • Paragraph means a portion of this Consent Decree identified by an Arabic numeral.

  • Section 404 means Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and the SEC’s rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Section 3 means Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.

  • Article means an article of this Agreement unless another document is specifically referenced.

  • sentence means the sanction or combination of sanctions imposed by the sentencing court on an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to an offense.

  • Section 502(b)(10) changes means changes that contravene an express permit term or condition. Such changes do not include changes that would violate applicable requirements or contravene federally enforceable permit terms and conditions that are monitoring (including test methods), recordkeeping, reporting, or compliance certification requirements.
