Sectigo. Sectigo Limited who is the issuer of the Certificate covered by the Warranty. "Subscriber" The entity named in the Certificate with whom the Relying Party wishes to conduct an online credit card transaction.

Examples of Sectigo in a sentence

  • Sectigo may amend its Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with the process outlined therein.

  • Sectigo is not obligated to refund any payment made by Subscriber upon termination of this Agreement.

  • All rights not expressly granted herein to Subscriber are reserved to Sectigo.

Sectigo means (i) Sectigo, Inc., a Delaware corporation, if IONOS Legacy Subscriber’s billing address is located in the United States, (ii) Sectigo Limited, if IONOS Legacy Subscriber’s billing address is located in any country other than the United States. If IONOS Legacy Subscriber changes its billing address to a different country, then IONOS Legacy Subscriber agrees that this Plan is assigned to the corresponding Sectigo party without further action required by either party.
