Deputy Ssecretary definition

Deputy Ssecretary means the person appointed by the Secretary of State as the Ddeputy Ssecretary of Sstate pursuant to section 24-21-105, C.R.S., with authority under section 1-45-111.7, C.R.S., or such other person as may be designated by the Ddeputy Ssecretary of Sstate as the Ddeputy Ssecretary’s Ddesignee under section 1-45-111.7(1)(b), C.R.S.
