SECOPE definition

SECOPE means Service de Contrôle de la Paie des Enseignants, the unit within MEPSP in charge of the management of teachers’ salaries payment.

  • The Recipient shall take the necessary measures and issue the necessary instructions to ensure that SECOPE, OFIDA and the Central Bank will be able to implement their respective obligations under the Project as specified in this Agreement, including, without limitation, regarding document communication.

  • All teachers currently enrolled into the public payroll schedule furnished by SECOPE are integrated into the PTS.

  • SECOPE has been granted exclusive authority to handle all payments of teachers’ salaries.
