Secondhand articles means the following used personal property:

Secondhand articles means any used personal property except books, including, but not limited to, used wearing apparel, tools, goods, wares, merchandise, or other articles and things usually found in a secondhand store.

  • Memorandum and Articles means the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company in effect from time to time.
