Secondary Operator definition
Secondary Operator means a person whose operational control is limited to the employment of other operators or to the ability to approve or disapprove changes to plans and specifications.

Full time Office personnel are scheduled to work thirty five (35) hours per week, and Distribution/Supply and Water Treatment Operators (Prime/Plant Manager, Secondary Operator, Treatment Distribution) are scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week.
