Secondary grades definition

Secondary grades means grades nine through twelve.
Secondary grades. : (i) means grades 7 through 12; and (ii) if a middle or junior high school includes grade 6, includes grade 6.
Secondary grades means grades nine through 12, as defined by ESEA. "School Code" or "Code" means the Illinois School Code [105 ILCS 5].
