Secondary Drivers definition

Secondary Drivers means any drivers who are not the Principal Driver of the Rental Auto who are permitted to operate the Rental Auto by the Cardmember (the Principal Driver) and provided they are permitted to operate the RentalAuto in accordance with the Rental Agreement, while covered under this Certificate.

Examples of Secondary Drivers in a sentence

  • The rights granted to you or the Secondary Drivers under this Agreement are not assignable or transferable, in whole or in part.

  • By subscribing to use our vehicles and services and by your continued use of our vehicles, you and all Secondary Drivers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with all of the following rules, policies and guidelines.

  • Neither we nor the Owner is responsible for any loss of or damage to any personal property (including data contained therein) of you, Secondary Drivers, passengers or other third parties, and no insurance coverage is provided in connection with same.

  • Except for the taxes described in the preceding paragraph, you are required to pay all fees and costs incurred (including fees and costs incurred by any Secondary Drivers on your account) when due, including, without limitation, subscription fees (which are automatically charged when due, as stated above), sales and other taxes and levies, refueling costs, road toll fees and other costs and fees as provided in the Rules and Schedules.
