Secondary Drainage System definition
Secondary Drainage System means a drainage system serving a watershed less than 20 acres in size or a watershed with a runoff of three cubic feet per second or less for a storm with a five-year frequency.
Secondary Drainage System means swales or Storm Drainage Systems, including inlet and outlet structures of the Secondary Drainage System which either deposit water into or receive water from pipes that are twelve inches (12”) in diameter or greater.
