Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;
Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.
A week means seven days without regard to the number of hours worked in any day in that week.
Earn-Out Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.
Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.
Earnout Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a)(iii).
Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.
Agreement Year means each twelve (12) month period of the term of this Agreement beginning on the first day of the calendar year except for the “First Agreement Year” which shall mean the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2003.
Budget month means the calendar month from which nonfinancial and financial information is used to determine eligibility (see section (28) of this rule) and benefit level for the payment month (see section (50) of this rule).
First Year means the intake group of Students for the most junior class or year in a school.
Working Week means an average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17-week reference period.
Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;
Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.
Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;
relevant year means a year commencing at 00:00 hours on 1 April and ending at 23:59 hours on the following 31 March;
Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;
Run-out Period means a period after the close of a Plan Year or other period during which Participants in a flexible spending arrangement (FSA) may request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage.
Second Period The period of the Contract Term specified in Section 3.2.
Year 1 means the year next following the export date and “year” followed immediately by any other numeral has a corresponding meaning; reference in this Agreement to an Act shall include the amendments to such Act for the time being in force and also any Act passed in substitution therefor or in lieu thereof and the regulations for the time being in force thereunder; power given under any clause of this Agreement other than clause 17 hereof to extend any period or date shall be without prejudice to the power of the Minister under the said clause 17; marginal notes shall not affect the interpretation or construction hereof; the phases in which it is contemplated that this Agreement will operate are as follows —
Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.
Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.
Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.
PAGA Period means the period from June 25, 2020 through December 31, 2022.
