Second Week definition

Second Week. An eligible employee who has worked not less than 1000 hours in the 12 months beginning June 1st in the previous calendar year and ending May 31st in the current vacation year shall receive for his second week's vacation pay the same amount as the employee's vacation pay for the first week.

Related to Second Week

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
