Second Trust Payment Date definition
Second Trust Payment Date means March 28, 2022 and the twenty-eighth (28th) day of each month thereafter, provided, where such day is not a Business Day, the immediately following Business Day, unless such day falls in the next calendar month, in which case, the payment date will be the immediately preceding Business Day.
