Second Trust Deed definition

Second Trust Deed means the amended and restated trust deed of the Trust, entered into between the Company and the Trustees on or about 24 February 2010, for the purpose of amending and replacing the First Trust Deed;
Second Trust Deed. “Second Trust Deed Loan”, and the Existing Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents are hereby further amended by deleting each reference to such terms in their entirety.
