Second Note Closing Date definition

Second Note Closing Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).
Second Note Closing Date means the issue date of (a) the September 2001 Note sold under the September 2001 Note Purchase Agreement and (b) the Second December 2000 Note sold under the December 2000 Note Purchase Agreement.
Second Note Closing Date means September 7, 2001.
