Second Lien Subscription Rights definition
Second Lien Subscription Rights means the rights of the Eligible Holders of Allowed Second Lien Claims to purchase their Pro Rata share of the Second Lien Equity Rights Offering Amount pursuant to the Equity Rights Offering on the terms and conditions set forth in the Restructuring Support Agreement and the Equity Rights Offering Documents.
