Second Issuance Date definition

Second Issuance Date means the date on which the Second Issuance occurs.
Second Issuance Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.16(a).
Second Issuance Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.8(b).

Second Issuance Date means the date that Series I Bonds or Series J -------------------- Bonds are first issued pursuant to this Supplemental Indenture.
