Second Inspection means the second Residual Life Inspection as set forth in Section
Second Inspection has the meaning given in Clause 19.4.1.

  • If Customer fails to give Samsung SDS the written notice specifying the failure of the re-provided Work Product to so meet the Specifications within the Second Inspection Period, the Work Product shall be deemed to have been accepted by Customer.
