Second in Command (SIC) definition

Second in Command (SIC) means a pilot who is designated to be second in command of an aircraft during flight time.
Second in Command (SIC) means a pilot who is next in command after the Captain of the aircraft

  • pilot-in-command means the pilot designated by the operator, or in the case of general aviation, the owner, as being in command and charged with the safe conduct of a flight;

  • Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3.

  • Limited Conditionality Acquisition means any Acquisition that (a) is not prohibited hereunder, (b) is financed in whole or in part with a substantially concurrent incurrence of Indebtedness, and (c) is not conditioned on the availability of, or on obtaining, third-party financing.
