  • Additionally, Landlord will provide Tenant an allowance sufficient to accomplish the build-out, painting and carpeting of the second floor portion of the Demised Premises pursuant to the Second Floor Plans as identified in Paragraph (1) above with building-standard materials and finishes (the “Second Floor Tenant Improvement Allowance”) toward the cost of the Improvements pursuant to the Second Floor Plans.
