If the Required Lenders consent to the Second Extension Request by so notifying the Administrative Agent in writing no later than thirty (30) Business Days after notice of such Extension Request, the Revolving Credit Loan Maturity Date shall be extended to July 26, 2014 with respect to such consenting Lenders.
