Examples of Second Conditional Sale in a sentence
If a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Call Grantor has validly exercised its ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Put Options or is bound to sell its Options Securities to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ under the First or Second Conditional Sale (a "Selling Grantor"), the consideration for such Options Securities shall be paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to such Selling Grantor in accordance with the provisions of this Section 10.12.
