Second Collection definition

Second Collection means (a) the second or any subsequent collection of Cash from any Site of the Customer; or (b) any collection of Cash not during ADIB banking days or after ADIB banking hours (without obligation on the part of ADIB);

  • Upon the expiration of the Second Collection Period, (x) the Buyer shall no longer have the right or obligation to pursue or collect the Uncollected LT A/R, or any portion thereof, (y) the Company shall have the right to pursue all Uncollected LT A/R for its own behalf using any lawful means it chooses, and (z) the Buyer shall remit promptly (but in any event with fifteen (15) business days of receipt) to the Company all sums received with respect to the Uncollected LT A/R.

  • Of such amount Vendor will apply for Vendor's benefit the amount n to cover the first Collection Cycle Return and deposit an equal amount in the Reserve Account to cover the Return for the Second Collection Cycle.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.
