In cases where road closure (short term or long term) may be necessary, the PA Second Class Township Code requires proper notification and action by the Board of Supervisors, and it shall be the obligation and responsibility of the Developer to notify the Township in advance in order to permit the Township to initiate formal road closure action prior to the road closure.
