If the Measurement Data in respect of the Second Certification Test shows that the Service Provider caused the Demand Response Resource to provide Delivered Demand Response in an amount greater than or equal to 85% of the Contract Capacity multiplied by one hour, the test shall be considered passed, otherwise, the test shall be considered failed.
