Second Calculation Period definition

Second Calculation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b) hereof.
Second Calculation Period means the period beginning on the date that is the first day after the end of the First Calculation Period and ending on the day before the first anniversary of such date.

Xxxxx pursuant to the Employment Agreement in the form of Exhibit E hereto as if such Employment Agreement were the sole source and basis for any and all payments to him from January 1, 1998; and (vii) the term "MARKET PRICE" shall mean the average closing price per share of the Buyer's Class A Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange for the twenty (20) consecutive trading days immediately preceding the date of determination.

Second Calculation Period means the period commencing on 4 September 2016 and ending on 3 March 2017.

  • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • Allocation Period means (a) the period commencing on February 10, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2016, (b) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (c) any portion of the period described in clause (a) or (b) for which the Partnership is required to allocate Net Profits, Net Losses, and other items of Partnership income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to ARTICLE IV.
