Second Amendment Period definition

Second Amendment Period means the period beginning on 31 December 2022 and ending on (and including) 31 March 2023 (or such earlier date as the Company or a Borrower shall have notified in writing to the Agent).
Second Amendment Period means the period from and including the Second Amendment Date and ending on June 30, 2020.
Second Amendment Period means the period commencing as of the Second Amendment Effective Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) June 9, 2000 and (ii) the date of the occurrence of any Event of Default (other than the Events of Default waived pursuant to Section 4 hereof).

Examples of Second Amendment Period in a sentence

  • During the Second Amendment Period, Provider shall provide the services at the compensation described in the Amended Supplemental Scope of Services (the “Supplemental Services”), attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A-3, in addition to the Services described in the Existing Agreement.

  • All references in the Existing Agreement to Exhibit A-1 are understood to be references to Exhibit A-2 during the Second Amendment Period.

  • Except as expressly provided in this Second Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Existing Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the Second Amendment Period.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if during any month of the Second Amendment Period Vendor provides Services exceeding the Minimum Utilization: (i) the February Payment for that month shall be waived, and the Board shall not pay the February Payment attributable to that month; and (ii) in lieu of the February Payment, Vendor shall return to receiving payments for that month in accordance with Section 4.A. of the Original Agreement.

  • During the Second Amendment Period, Provider shall be compensated for the Supplemental Services in accordance with the terms described in the Pricing Section of the Amended Supplemental Scope of Services.

  • Except as expressly provided in this Second Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Existing Agreement are and shall remain in full force and effect during the Second Amendment Period.

  • As a condition of the February Payment, Vendor shall ensure that it remains fully operational and staffed, including continuing to pay and retain its bus drivers and bus aides, in order to render prompt Services at any time during the Second Amendment Period.

  • Exhibit A-2 replaces Exhibit A-1 during the Second Amendment Period.

  • Following the Second Amendment Period, Vendor shall return to invoicing and billing as described in Section 4.B. of the Original Agreement.

  • Section 21 of the Original Agreement is hereby suspended during the Second Amendment Period only with respect to the February Payment hereunder.
