Second Agent definition

Second Agent means any person, company, or other business entity who undertakes all or part of the Services on the termination of this Agreement.

Examples of Second Agent in a sentence

  • During the term of this Agreement, the Seller(s) agrees not to engage themselves or any other real estate agency for the marketing and sale of the Property, except as agreed upon in writing by both Africa Estate and Second Agent.

  • The Agent’s rights, powers, duties and/or liabilities under or in connection with any such contract of employment, contract for services or any collective agreement to the extent that these transfer to the Trust and or the Second Agent by operation of the Employment Regulations.

  • Upon the death, incapacity or resignation of Second Agent as Co-Agent, a majority in interest of the Purchasers and Prior Investors (by principal amount, other than First Agent) may appoint a replacement for Second Agent.

  • Africa Estate and Second Agent shall collaborate in marketing and promoting the Property, utilizing their respective resources and networks to maximize exposure and facilitate the sale.

  • Anything done or omitted to be done by or on behalf of the Agent its subcontractors or agents in respect of any contract of employment, contract for services, or any such collective agreements or any persons employed in relation to the Housing Management Services which will be deemed to have been done or omitted to be done by or in relation to the Trust and or the Second Agent by operation of the Employment Regulations.
