Should a nonresident buyer wish to take delivery of the coffee, the nonresident buyer must mandatorily appoint a legal representative to provide transportation and shipment, as well as to meet all further requirements defined by the Foreign Trade Office (SECEX) of the Development, Industry and Commerce Ministry (MDIC).
