SECCI definition

SECCI means the document entitled “Pre-Contract Credit Information (Standard European Consumer Credit Information)” which the Lender "The Act" is obliged by Applicable Laws to provide to prospective customers; means the Consumer Credit ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇;

  • The proceeds of the Disbursement are needed by the Borrowers for the purposes described in Section 2.1 (Purpose) within twelve (12) months of the date of the Disbursement Request (other than with respect to the Free Stall Project II and the SECCI Projects).
