SEC Litigation definition

SEC Litigation means the litigation matter entitled Securities and Exchange Commission vs. the Children’s Internet, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and Two Dog Net, Inc., in the United States District Court, Northern District of California (Case No. 4:06-cv-06003-CW), or any other action or claim substantially similar to the actions and claims described therein in which the Company is named as a defendant.
SEC Litigation means the litigation pending in the District Court styled Securities and Exchange Commission v. IBF Collateralized Finance Corporation et al., Case No. 02-CV-5713-JSM (S.D.N.Y.).
