Seaworthy Condition definition
Seaworthy Condition means a Vessel that complies with all applicable Federal, State, or local government agency regulations concerning equipment, operation, registration, and safety.
Seaworthy Condition means:
a. The “floating home” is in a fit condition to be moored in the designated moorage. The structure is stable and floatation system is water tight at the time of any loss or damage.
