Search and Selection is used to identify a process where the supplier initially carries out an active search for relevant candidates and approaches these directly. It is possible to use public advertisement of the job opening, but the advertisement is used only as a supplement to the search process. The supplier carries out the evaluation of the candidates and proposes a selection between them.
