SEAG definition

SEAG means the Act implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European Company (SE) (SE implementation law – SEAG).
SEAG means Steinhoff Europe AG, the direct parent company of Stripes.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Amendment Letter, the parties to this Amendment Letter acknowledge and agree that the terms of the Original SEAG Support Letter shall continue to apply unamended for each and every Original Acceding Creditor that has not delivered a duly signed Accession Confirmation to the Company.
