SEAC definition

SEAC or “Silver Eagle” means Silver Eagle Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation. “SEBI” means the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
SEAC means the State Expert Appraisal Committee for the State of Haryana;
SEAC has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

  • The SEAC members need not be present for such meeting but will be advised of the recommendations for resolution.
