Examples of Sea Trial in a sentence

  • Should the speed of the vessel as recorded on the official Sea Trial be less than the Speed specified in Article 2.7, and should the Builder be unable to remedy this defect within reasonable time then, the Owner can reject the Vessel.

  • A written Sea Trial agenda will be prepared by the Builder and provided to the Owner for review and approval seven (7) days prior to the scheduled commencement of the Sea Trial.

  • If the Buyer fails to notify the Builder of its acceptance or rejection of the Sea Trial Report as hereinabove provided, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Sea Trial Report.

  • In the event of the failure of the Owner’s Sea Trial Representative to be present at the Sea Trials after due notice has been given to the Owner as provided above, the Builder may conduct the Sea Trials despite the absence of the Owner’s Sea Trial Committee.

  • Service Assist, Sea Trial, Lake Test and Engine Tuning: Charges only qualify for reimbursement if necessary part of a covered repair, as defined in this Agreement booklet.

  • The Buyer shall within five (5) working days after receipt of such Sea Trial Report notify the Builder in writing or by e-mail or telefax of its acceptance or rejection of the Sea Trial Report, provided that in case of rejecting the Sea Trial Report, the Buyer shall set out in its notice of rejection a detailed, clear explanation of all and any aspects of the Sea Trial Report which it considers do not comply with this Contract, the Specifications and/or the Plans.

  • Demonstrations of vessels may only be held outside of Exhibition Opening Hours, except where the Exhibitor has applied for and been allocated a Sea Trial berth or where we have given specific approval.

  • This Article does not apply to Company-Union contract obligations under the titles “Submarine Sea Trial Pay” or “Sea Duty Other Than Submarine Sea Trials”, nor will the Employer be obligated to pay any cycle time premium as a result of directed travel.

  • The Buyer shall, within three (3) Business Days after receipt of such amended Sea Trial Report notify the Seller of its acceptance or rejection of the Vessel.
