SDY definition

SDY means the Sudden Death in the Young Review team of the Child Death Review Commission. SDY is a multi-disciplinary team composed of medical, law enforcement, social service professionals, legal professionals, and other experts from the community who review an identified child death that was sudden and unexpected.
