SDWP definition

SDWP mean San Diego Workforce Partnership, Inc., and any of its successors, successors-in- interest, transferees, assignees, agents, designees, or servicers. This Agreement is not a loan or other credit instrument. It represents your obligation to pay a specific percentage of your future earned income and does not give us any rights regarding your educational, training, or employment pursuits. The amount of the payments you will make will depend upon your future earned income. The total amount you will pay under this Agreement will vary depending upon your future earned income and may be more or less than the amount of funds credited to your account.

  • SDWP will monitor actual expenditures in accordance with the expenditure plan and the individual budgeted line items outlined in the Budget Documents.

  • By their signatures below, SDWP and Contractor certify that they have carefully read and understand all such Incorporated Documents and agree that they shall adhere to, follow, and operate in accordance with each and every provision of such Incorporated Documents.

  • SDWP reserves the right to question any cost submitted on an invoice with regard to applicable federal, state, or local regulations or for overall reasonableness.

  • Chapter VIII and subsequent issuances are designed to provide monitoring guidance to the organizations that contract with SDWP including Contractor.

  • SDWA means the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 32;

  • Spectrum means frequencies of electromagnetic spectrum used to provide fixed or mobile communications services as licensed or authorized by the FCC.

Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
