Such response may include a request for partial or total waiver of SDVOB contract goals.
Contractor shall attempt to utilize, in good faith, the SDVOBs identified within its SDVOB Utilization Plan, during the performance of the Contract.
A Bidder may submit the request for waiver at the same time it submits its SDVOB Utilization Plan.
