SDIO Software Source Code definition

SDIO Software Source Code means certain source code for the SDIO Software, as further described in Section 3 of Exhibit A attached hereto, which Palm shall provide to Licensee upon execution of this Agreement and thereafter from time to time upon the creation of any Update, Upgrade, or New Version thereof.
