SDA Payment definition

SDA Payment means the amount payable by the NDIA to the Grantor for the provision of specialist disability accommodation to the Occupant pursuant to the NDIS Act. Start Date means the date specified at Item 1 of the Agreement Details. Term means the term of this Agreement as determined under clause 2.
