SD Card definition

SD Card means the encrypted flash memory product compliant with the "Secure Digital Memory Card" specifications. During the period of three (3) years following the Effective Date (the "Exclusive Period"), LEXAR agrees to the following restrictions on use of the *:

Examples of SD Card in a sentence

  • Another type of hardware storage token with a unit design form factor of SD Card or USB token (not necessarily certified as conformant with FIPS 140 Level 2 or Common Criteria EAL 4+).

  • The Private Key must be stored in a type of hardware storage token with a unit design form factor of SD Card or USB token (not necessarily certified as conformant with FIPS 140 Level 2 or Common Criteria EAL 4+).

  • Member shall not copy, modify, distribute, disclose or, except for internal use for the Purposes as set forth in Section 6 of the IP Policy, use the SD Specifications in whole or in part unless the Member enters, and except to the extent permitted, in the following license agreements: SD Card Association License Agreement, SD-3C Host/ Ancillary Product License Agreement, and/or SD Memory Card License.

  • There are multiple forms of media available to students including cloud-based storage as well as external hardware (Flash Drive, SD Card, External Hard Drive, etc.) that can be used.

  • Portable media includes, but is not limited to optical media (e.g., CD’s, DVD’s, Blu- Rays), magnetic media (e.g., floppy disks, Zip or Jaz disks or drives,) or flash media (e.g., Compact Flash, SD Card, MMC).
