GCP means the international ethical and scientific quality standards for designing, conducting, recording, and reporting trials that involve the participation of human subjects. In the United States, GCP shall be based on Good Clinical Practices established through FDA guidances (including ICH E6).

Company’s wharf means the wharf to be constructed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement for the shipment of iron ore from the mineral lease or (except for the purposes of the definition of “harbour”) other the temporary wharf for the time being approved by the Minister as the Company’s wharf for the purposes hereof during the period to which such approval relates;
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
ABMS means the American Board of Medical Specialties, which is an umbrella organization for at least 24 medical specialty boards in the United States that assists the specialty boards in developing and implementing educational and professional standards to evaluate and certify physician specialists in the United States. The board recognizes specialty board certification by ABMS.
