Scrutinizer definition

Scrutinizer means any person appointed by the COE to scrutinize the question papers received from the paper setters to detect any aberrations, provide remedy and validate it before it is accepted and taken up for the printing process.
Scrutinizer means a person appointed by the COE from among the panel of Examiners approved by the Board of Studies for confirming the marks allotted or checking for any mistake in an examined answer script of theory examination of any programme.
Scrutinizer means a person engaged to check the compilation of the result by comparison of award lists and the result sheets prepared by the office.

  • LIPL shall capture the votes polled by the members of the Committee of Creditors / Class of Creditors on each resolution and arrange for access to the Scrutinizer in a secure manner for ensuring fair and transparent voting / ballot process.

  • The Scrutinizer shall be responsible for compliance of provisions of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws or any other statute governing e-Voting.
