Scripps Media may dispose of any such Materials thirty (30) days following the end of the Project unless Advertiser has made acceptable prepaid return arrangements.
Scripps Media owns all right, title and interest in and to any user or usage data or information collected via or related to any of the Projects or Scripps Media’s websites.
