Scribe Background Technology definition
Scribe Background Technology means any and all proprietary Technology relating to Genome Editing Constructs including Guide RNAs and/or Donor DNA Sequences that is (a) owned or controlled by Scribe or its Affiliates (a) as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, or (b) generated, developed or obtained by Scribe outside of the scope of this Agreement, and in each case used for the conduct of the Workplan.
