Screening System definition

Screening System means the Cassette, Robotics, Reader, Liquid Transfer System, software and such other integrated peripheral devices to conduct High Throughput and/or High Content Screening, including disposables. The Screening System shall be all of the hardware and software to provide a complete system for performing Cell-based Assays (except for the Luminescence-based Reagents and such other reagents as may be used for Cell-based Assays).
