Screening Results definition

Screening Results means all results and data (including both positive and negative data) arising from the Screening of Protein. For clarity, Screening Results may include the identity, structure, or other attributes (for example, chemical fingerprints) of Hit Compounds identified in Screening.
Screening Results means written/narrative interpretation of the findings by the health care provider or qualified school support personnel administering and interpreting the validated screening tools, including the completed validated screening tools.
Screening Results means the results of the cell culture assays conducted by Chiron pursuant to Section 3.4, and the results of such animal efficacy studies which Chiron elects to conduct using ribozymes produced by RPI, pursuant to Section 3.4.

Examples of Screening Results in a sentence

  • SpinCo shall continue to update the JSC and the Company promptly with any Information Controlled by SpinCo pursuant to the Initial Screening Process with respect to such Collaboration Compounds and provide to the JSC and the Company Initial Screening Results as they become available.
