Screening List definition

Screening List means the list of Type 2 Presentation Numbers, Type 3 Presentation Numbers and Type 5 Presentation Numbers agreed by both of us as set out in the Customer Requirement Form.

  • If customer is either (a) located in an embargoed country (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or the Crimea Region of Ukraine) or (b) listed on the U.S. Consolidated Screening List, then Customer’s license to the Software and this Agreement shall terminate immediately.
