SCREENING FEE definition

SCREENING FEE. The Waterside Administrative Office must receive a copy of the rental or lending agreement, signed by both parties (owner and tenant) at least 30 days prior to arrival. A BACKGROUND SCREENING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTERS FOR A FEE OF $100.00 PER PERSON, EXCEPT FOR MARRIED COUPLES, ONLY ONE SPOUSE IS REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED. THE COMPLETED FORMS AND CHECK TO WATERSIDE VILLAGE MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF A RESIDENT. (In order to have a background check on anyone, it must be obtained for everyone.) Persons who occupy a unit as well as their guests, must obey all the rules of Waterside Village. (A copy of these rules must be available in the unit.) The most important rules are set forth below. Those who do not obey the rules are subject to sanctions as provided in the condominium documents, including expulsion of the tenant or user, without refund. Owners are responsible to abide by State and Federal laws concerning taxes to be levied on rental income.

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.
